****this literally gave me a bacterial food infection (food poisoning) and I had to go on an antibiotic for it!!!*** You get exactly what you pay for and I didn’t expect anything more from a $3 double cheeseburger. Was the meat a little questionable? For sure. I had to spit out a few hard chunks and the flavor was interesting, and honestly... who knows what it’s made of. I don’t eat at McDonald’s for similar reasons, so this wasn’t surprising. The fries were good and the oreo shake was so delicious and creamy. It was really well made, tasted great, and was a good size for just only $3.99 in 2025! I parked and went inside to order. Oscar was very chill and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and the experience was much better than some of the reviews I had read. No one was rude, and the food came out quickly. I’ll only be going back for the ice cream, but overall, it was a solid experience for what it is.

Go Go Go. Right now go to hamburger Stand. It's wonderful!! Kareem was the one who took our order. He was amazing. The prices are also amazing. The food was made fresh and served hot. The Twinkie shake was delicious! Everything was delicious 😋. We ate in the restaurant. While we ate Kareem came out to see if I needed any more Coke Zero and made sure we were enjoying our food.

I usually like coming to this Hamburger Stand, but this visit was really disappointing. I drove about an hour from Greeley specifically to get the Froot Loop dipped cone, which is something I’ve gotten here before. When I got there, they told me the machine was “down,” but then also said it wasn’t down it just wasn’t working. They couldn’t give me a clear explanation at all about why they couldn’t make the cone. The bigger issue, though, was the customer service. When I was asking questions about the food, the employee acted like I was bothering him or like I didn’t know what I was talking about. The attitude was really rude and dismissive. When he handed me my food, I told him “thank you” two or three times, and he just stood there and didn’t even say “you’re welcome.” That kind of basic courtesy goes a long way, and it was completely missing. I drove a long way because I normally like this place, but this experience really left a bad impression. Hopefully they can work on their customer service and be clearer with customers about what’s actually available.

This location was pretty bad for customer serivce. All of the employees were rude ad no one was smiling or greeting anyone. I came in to order 3 ice cream cones ad wanted the front loops dipped. The young guy at the register didnt knownwhat I was asking for. I had to repeat my order 3 times then he understood. There were several employees in the back but no one was making my order. So then he finally went back there and made them himself. He didn't know how to build a cone so they were all different heights and the dip was too thick to bite into on one of them. The others, there wasn't enough dip. please train your employees to properly make an ice cream cone because at $2.19+ tax for each cone I expect that each come is similar and full for what I've paid for. The parking lot was terrible with it's huge pot holes and tiny parking spaces. Ppl were parked over the lines and taking up 1.5 parking spaces and not leaving others room to park.

Employees move extremely slow when it comes to taking a simple order I waited 25 minutes in the drive through line when there was only 1 car in front of me. I kept saying hello at the speaker box after 10 minutes of that I decided to drive up to the window to place my order. And the employee said the car BEHIND me placed a big order so I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes. Worst experience I've had at a FAST food place.
