Well Hello Travel a month ago

Tables were dirty with leftover marks from the last few patrons. Gross 🤮 Trash all over the floor. And the place wasn’t even busy, 2 tables at the time. Food came out poor looking and wilted. Management said “that’s just the way it is. Too bad.” -super poor service, management was rude and dismissive when tried to give suggestion. Ordered thru kiosk. Ordered one thing definitely clicked on it and came out something else. Inform management not only did they come out unprofessionally. But looked unprofessional as well. Overall 0/10 between cleanliness and hospitality. It’s a wonder why this place is in business, especially when it’s surrounded by tons of other super amazing restaurants in the area with excellent service and management. Manager had wild blue eyeshadow, look like Mimi from the Drew Carrie show couldn’t believe this was the person talking to me that was in charge of this place. Definitely won’t be going here again and will definitely be telling people about this experience. Posted 6/4/2026 @6:30p mnt time. Incase higher management needs to know.

I was in the restaurant a couple of hours ago and witnessed an interaction that made me want to leave a review. A customer was being extremely rude to the manager in the blue shirt, cursing at her, being disrespectful, and even yelling at her from across the restaurant. I heard the whole situation, and honestly it seemed like a misunderstanding on the customer's part. Through all of it, the manager stayed calm, professional, and respectful. She never raised her voice and simply told the customer to have a great day. Customer service can be tough, and I was really impressed with how she handled a difficult situation. She deserves recognition for keeping her composure and treating people with kindness, even when it wasn't being returned.

Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what Shake Shack is known for—but what really set this location apart was the staff. Tiera was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Jennifer, the manager, clearly leads by example—you can feel the positive energy and professionalism throughout the entire team. Because of them, this visit stood out and easily made Shake Shack my favorite restaurant experience to date. Great food is expected. Great people are what make it unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be back.

Stopped by Shake Shack RiNo 15 whole minutes before closing, which I now understand is basically the culinary equivalent of committing a war crime. My mistake for assuming the posted hours meant… actual service until closing. The grill employee responded the only way he knew how: with Olympic-level attitude and a dramatic performance while making my burger. The show included actions that either looked exactly like spitting in my food or were intentionally meant to make me think he did. Hard to say which — and honestly, it doesn’t matter. If your goal is to make customers question their life choices mid-order, congrats, mission accomplished. Nothing enhances a burger like wondering whether it comes with a side of spite. If serving customers until close is optional here, maybe put that on the door. Or better yet, have management check in on the closing crew before someone mistakes “fast casual dining” for “passive-aggressive dinner theater.” I won’t be returning, but thank you for the reminder that sarcasm and pettiness are apparently free toppings at this location.

Opted for a lettuce wrap and let's just say the lettuce was a waste. Completely wilted and no good whatsoever. Brown romaine lettuce doesn't look nor taste good. 😕 sad sad day.
