I’m a burger snob. AND this wasn’t the worst burger I have had, nor was it the best burger. It was a quality, fresh, and tasty burger. I don’t think a well done burger tastes good. It’s too dry. The bun was dried out and broke apart. The toppings were fresh. Service was friendly and welcoming. The joint was clean. I love Snarfs. Support local.

Had a couple good burgers here last night....not many options when you are craving burgers in Cap Hill and you don't want to drive! Thankfully this one is a very acceptable option! Burgers a good and fairly priced. We had Bacon Guacamole, and the Hatch Burgers. Both were nice....I'd say on mine atleast (bacon guac), the patty was a bit dry and over cooked. Thankfully there was enough mayo and guacamole to moisten it up so it wasn't too noticeable. The buns they use are nice soft and fresh, yet still held up considering all the stuff they held in place! We also got the half fries half onion rings....the onion rings were incredible....good onion to breading ratio. Fries, where a bit limp, definitely could have used more time in the fryer.

We made the trip over to our old hood for a meal, and we were NOT disappointed. We had been to one other location, and this one also set the high ceiling that these establishments set. My wife got sucked into the Hatch Supreme (double patty) because of the nice sign in the order line. Well done. Since she took my first choice, I chose the Hot Island (double patty). We both got fries, fountain drinks, and ranch with the order. The closer up pic below is my Hot Island burger. I was surprised. Both were beyond good, but I think I won the food battle for the day. Hers was tasty as expected, but I was blown away by the overall flavor of the perfectly matched ingredients in mine. Both were messy awesomeness. If I go again, I might get the Frings as a side to change it up, but I was very happy with my fries too. They had hot sauce behind the counter for me, and I wanted to call out Anthony behind the counter. All three guys were awesome while we were there, and all getting all of the orders out in their busy-ness, but I watched Anthony take care of a few guests while we waited, and he truly brought his A-Game for every new order at the counter. Great first face to see and person to talk to for the establishment. The atmosphere was open, clean, and energetic. If you want a quick quality counter service meal, this should be considered for its great burgers and excellent service. I highly recommend this place, and see you there...

Wow! Just wow! Went in tonight for dinner with my 4 kids. These guys were SLAMMED! Said it would take a little bit to get the food and we were fine with that, definitely glad we waited! Burgers, fries, and onion rings were all phenomenal and the service and atmosphere was freaking amazing. Probably the best burger joint I've been to! Wayyyy worth it! And not even expensive! You won't be disappointed i promise!
