I was told that I was lying when I said my order was wrong when I was missing a large onion ring and I was given the cheeseburger instead of the rodeo burger. The cook was very rude and used vulgar language to defend that she did not mess up.

Customer service is extremely declining. The attitude of the people who work here is not worthy of an establishment that is created for the attention of the public, they attend, in a disrespectful way. At the moment. It is a restaurant that, according to the people who work there, does not work something so important indispensable, such as a bathroom, I came to shop and requested, the use of the bathroom was denied, so I retire. Without making a purchase or anything at all dirty messy place is extremely in poor condition I do not recommend it

I'm a huge Burger King Whopper fan, and today I came to this restaurant because it's near the DreamHack event. They surprised me; without exaggeration, I've eaten the best Whopper in my life. I've tried them in many states in the USA and in Mexico, but none like this one. Congratulations to the whole crew, keep it up!

I ordered 2 whoppers today from this Burger King. The order was so simple a kid could follow the instructions: Whopper #1: this whopper was to only have bread, whopper, and cheese, simple, they did not put any cheese on it and put everything on it; Whopper #2: this whopper was to have everything, including cheese, except pickles and tomatoes and they put extra pickles and tomatoes on it, simple. I thought a high school diploma was the only education necessary to perform this type of job. Glad I did not have a bad reaction to the tomatoes, because, I have allergies to them. You would think common sense would be to read the instructions provided by the customer and prepare it accordingly - not so. I guess common is not so common anymore. Do better people, service does matter, customers provide your bread and butter, remember.

This location and the one in Duluth on the east side of the freeway are the only good Burger King‘s in Atlanta. For what Burger King is that is. It seems like all the other locations have wilted, lettuce, tail buns, or dehydrated chicken. Thank you to all the team members to make this place. I go to stop for Burger King.
