Shake Shack (Piedmont Park) is an absolute winner that never disappoints! Their burgers are legendary—perfectly smashed, juicy, and served on super soft buns—and pairing one with their rich, thick milkshakes is the ultimate treat. The location right by Piedmont Park is fantastic, featuring a really pleasant outdoor terrace that's perfect for relaxing and soaking in the nice weather after a stroll. It's the ideal spot for a consistently great, casual bite!

Tried ordering on website but payment button didn't work. When got to the restaurant items were more expensive ($4.99 for fries instead of $3.00 on website, $5.99 for milkshake instead of $5.00 on website) The server had no idea why the website wasn't working or able to take our order for the website prices. So we ended up paying more in person because their website "wasn't working" However, the food was very good. Perfectly cooked juicy burgers, amazingly soft lovely greasy bun! (Although my wife's fried mushroom cheese thing had a terrible mushroom in that was really tough, like it hadn't been peeled before cooking) Got milkshakes too which were also really good! Not an issue for us as it wasn't freezing, but be aware this place has no indoor seating. There are heaters for the outside tables though.

With this being my first Shake Shack experience, it surely won’t be the last. One would expect compromises on the quality or experience of a restaurant located in proximity to a large tourist destination (Piedmont Park), but this Shake Shack location delivers everything and more! Their Chicken Shack is one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had, and from just a bite of the Korean BBQ Burger, I knew it was one of the tastiest burgers I’ve tried. Their fries are also fantastic, and I’m dying to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!

They have friendly employee with pretty nails! They saw I brought a dog with me and it is not the most convenient (I only have 1 hand available), so they are trying to help me in every way possible! They brought water for my dog too. I love the outdoor sitting area. The lettuce wrapped burger is so juicy!!! Unpopular opinion but burger is better when wrapped with lettuce.

Ate here with my daughter. It was our first time and it was outstanding. Great taste and friendly service. We recommend the bacon avocado burger and the Smoke Shake.
