I visited at 1130 pm and it took over 30 minutes to receive my food. I was patient and did not rush them. I understand its late. The security guard threatened to tow my car because I was there so long. Will not be returning to this location.

When I got to the drive-thru... The first person was wonderful excellent that took my order. When I got to the window there was another person in the window and she asked me.. what do you want? I was confused because that was a person that had just taken my order.. so I said my fish? This woman yelled at me at this point... I don't know your order, she's outside with the headset!!! So what do you want? If I hadn't driven almost 10 miles one way to go get this I would have just drove off... But I politely turned around and gave her my order to this rude person... I got my order and proceeded to start eating it on the way home... I couldn't wait to get to the house to file this one.

It was my first visit. It was around 9:40 p.m., and the Black employee spoke so quietly that it was hard to hear, and they arbitrarily changed the menu size to a large and charged me for it. The drink was filled with ice, so after just a few sips, there was almost nothing left. When calling orders, they didn’t use order numbers and instead mumbled the menu items in a barely audible voice, so I couldn’t understand. Even when our eyes met, the employee pretended not to notice and continued doing their own work. In the end, after a long wait, I received my order, but no sauce was provided either. This was my first experience at Checkers. It is clearly different from other fast-food restaurants. Night-shift staff training is definitely necessary.

This was one of the most disturbing fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered four sandwiches through the app and received five, but one of them was already half-eaten, which raises serious food safety and hygiene concerns. When I reported it to the staff, they refused to remake the order and only offered a refund—even though the purchase was made through Apple Pay, which complicates the refund process. Situations like this should be taken seriously, and I hope corporate addresses the food handling and customer service standards at this location.

Food was good, but the location is terrible. There is absolutely nowhere to park. The owner of the gas station plaza would not let you park there unless you shopped in the gas station but even then it was a hassle. I hope they find a new location with more accommodating owners.
