Same old thing, 1) I wanted the grilled chicken and they said they were out of it. 2) I ordered the large meal deal, and they gave me the medium and said "If I wanted the large they would have to charge me extra for it.", Acting as if I was the one who got my order wrong. 3) The cashier lady said she didn't know how to correct my order as she didn't know how to work it but she said she had been working there for awhile now. Don't recommend this particular place not a good look for the overall company.

The amount of "stinginess" they did to this sandwich is heartbreaking. It was more onions than brisket. Just sad. If not for the patty, there would literally be a pinch of meat on this melt. Update: Tried a different checkers and the results the same with fewer onions.

Never order online you won't get what you ordered and get something way less then what you paid for paying 10 for a value menu burger also had to wait like 20 minutes for the tiny burger I didn't order but definitely don't go here if you want what you actually ordered reminds me on why I don't go here waste of money and time. Also yes I tried contacting you via your website but it doesn't allow me to it's almost if like you don't want us to contact you. But reading through the reviews it's a common issue so I might just cut my loss and just vow to never eat at checkers again

Super rude! As a DoorDash delivery my safety was at risk and they refused to let me use the other side just to pick up an order. Run away from this place.

THE LAST TWO TIMES I'VE BEEN TO THE CHECKERS ON CASCADE RD IN ATLANTA,GA I HAVEN'T RECEIVED WHAT I ORDER!!!! BUT LAST NIGHT TOOK THE CAKE!!!! I ORDER THE SUPER LOADED BUFORD LARGE SIZE!!!! FIRST THEY DIDN'T RING UP FOR THE LARGE COMBO MEAL EVEN THOUGH THE MANAGER TOLD HER TO!!!! SO SHE'S GOES TO HAND ME A MEDIUM DRINK AND I SAID I ORDER THE LARGE!!!! THE MANAGER SAID YES HE DID ORDER THE LARGE!!!! SO SHE GIVES ME THE DRINK!!!! THEN I FINALLY GET MY ORDER I CHECK MY FOOD AND IT'S A MEDIUM FRIES 🍟 IN THERE AFTER SHE JUST SAID HE ORDER LARGE!!! SO I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND THE MANAGER HAULS OFF AND SAYS TO ME I DID YOU A FAVOR BY GIVING YOU THE LARGE DRINK EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHAT I ASK FOR FROM THE JUMP!!!! SO SHE SAYS SHE DIDN'T RING YOU UP FOR A LARGE COMBO EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHAT I ASK FOR AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT'S WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!! THEN WHEN I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE BURGER THAT'S WHAT THEY GAVE ME INSTEAD OF WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!! SO SINCE CHECKERS CAN'T GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR!!!! THEY WILL BE THE LAST TIME THEY GET ANY MONEY FROM ME UNTIL THEY CHANGE THEY MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP CAUSE THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT'S GETTING OUT OF HAND!!!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHOSE THE MANAGER AT TIMES AND THE YOUNGER WORKERS DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO!!!! SO I'M DONE AND CORPORATE NEVER REACHES OUT TO YOU OR YOU NEVER TALK TO ANYONE WHO CARES!!!! SO AFTER I GET MY MONEY BACK IT'S OVER FOR ME WITH THAT CHECKERS CAUSE EVERY TIME I GO UP THERE THE SERVICE GET BAD AND WORST!!!!
