I came here for lunch. It’s the location by Georgia Tech. I am a born and raised North Carolinian so Cookout was a staple for lunch or late night snack after some hanging with friends and consuming adult beverages. I went to a Cookout while here in Atlanta in the South Cobb County area. It wasn’t that great of an experience…so I haven’t been back to one in a while. Decided to give Chick-Fil-A a break today and went next door to Cookout because I was feeling nostalgic. I’m glad I went. I decided to walk inside and order. The person taking my order was very friendly and professional. Food came out nice and hot in under 5 minutes. They lots of people in the drive through and the dining area had a few people enjoying a nice lunch break. I decided to take my food back to my office. I ordered a Cookout Tray with Double Cheese burger that had grilled onions and mayo. Some onion rings, a corn dog and caramel milkshake. All under $10. I was feeling greedy so I also ordered a Cookout style hot dog (homemade chili, mustard, Cole slaw and onions. I added ketchup). Y’all this place is doing it right. Food is good! Tastes just like I got it off market st in Greensboro, NC! Great service and the food is tasty, fast and hot! My milkshake is DELICIOUS!! (I wasn’t a big fan of the onion rings. But I’m also an onion ring snub. Will get something else next time.)

What pisses me off about fast food is that they are going so fast that they constantly give you the wrong damn food. You try not to look through everything and hold their lines up because I know the point is to get you through fast but this is so irritating to open your food and have the WRONG items on it. Case in point, I don’t eat beef, why would I ever order a burger. I always get the SPICY CHICKEN tray and add cheese and pickles. Now I’m sitting here hungry and the wrong damn food.

Approximately 5:15 pm on Sunday, May 31st, I had gotten off work from the Ga Tech Baseball Tournament & was hungry; it's empty, I place my order, had to ask for my cup to get my beverage. I ask it the Cajun fries are hot, reply, no, there's not. I sit at a table to wait on my order, then this young girl walks out the kitchen area, throws a to go container on the counter, takes off her apron & walks away; I say to the cashier, "I know that's not my order, she just threw on the counter" wth!!! These young people are so angry & disrespectful. I get my order, as for ketchup, find a table & sit down. All the Cajun fries are it fries saturated with Lowery seasoning salt, lettuce is withered on the double burger, like they just nuked it in the microwave. TRUST, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN..I WOULD HAVE EATEN AT Chick-fil-A if it wasn't a Sunday. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...SORRY WORKERS!!!!!

I guess they young lady was being funny I seen the laughing so I guess was why SMH unbelievable This why I cook I was in Atlanta on Business and want something to eat this what I got from Cookout on north-side drive.

First time having Cook Out in 4 years and there is hair in my food smh. Lack luster service is to be expected but having someone else’s hair shouldn’t be.
