My order #2 Baconactor - add lettuce - tomatoes - onion - mustard Fried and coke I have to give this Wendy’s location off Piedmont Road their flowers. The service here has consistently been excellent, and the food is always fresh. I’ve been ordering the Baconator lately and every single time the burger has been hot, well made, and exactly how it should be. The fries are always fresh and hot too, which makes a big difference. The staff here are also very friendly and hospitable. You can tell they care about the customer experience and about the quality of the food they’re serving. Funny enough, I recently saw the viral video of the Wendy’s CEO tasting the burger alongside other fast food CEOs, and it reminded me just how good Wendy’s burgers actually are. I decided to stop by this location again, and they absolutely delivered. Shout out to the team at this Piedmont Road location. See you soon; you all are doing an amazing job. Keep it up!

I had such a positive experience at Wendy’s, and it was all because of the amazing customer service! 😊🍔 The young lady working the drive-thru window was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You could genuinely see the smile on her face, and her attitude was so warm and upbeat. It really made my day. I try to do one small good deed each day, and she was easily my choice to receive a $5 tip that day. 💵✨ Her kindness and professionalism stood out without her even trying — it just felt natural and sincere. It’s not every day you come across service that feels that genuine, especially at a drive-thru. Because of her, the whole visit felt smooth and enjoyable. I definitely recommend stopping by this location if you want great food paired with truly great service. 🙌🌟

Wasn’t even nobody there, food took forever to come out and I order chicken tenders, I get one moist/wet? Giving wrong sauces smfh waste of $14 & time! If I didn’t hit the highway I would’ve turned around! This why I cook poor work ethics! In the trash 🗑️ where it belongs!!!

Always a great experience here! The spicy nuggets are my absolute favorite, and they always come out fresh and hot. Plus, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome every time you visit!

I had a great experience at Wendy's thanks to their excellent customer service. The young lady at the drive-thru window was very friendly and had a smile on her face. She was my choice for the day to receive a $5 tip, as I like to do a good deed each day. I highly recommend checking out this location and experiencing their great service.
