It was late at night and we got really good food and service. All the staffs at that time was so nice and friendly. We ordered Zaxby crispy chicken salad, chicken tenders with the spiciest level of the sauce (I like it - perfect spice) and fountain drinks. The atmoshpere was good - moderate clean. I like how peaceful it was at night there.

I will learn my lesson going to Zaxby's. I haven't been in 5 yrs and boy have they gone down hill. $15 for 10 wings with No flavor whatsoever. These are supposed to be sweet and spicy. They taste like plain bland chicken 🤢

Super quick service and such a smooth experience overall! ⏱️🔥 From the moment we ordered, everything moved fast without feeling rushed. The chicken fingers were seriously impressive — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. 🍗😋 You can tell they’re made fresh and done right. The place itself was very clean and clearly well-managed. ✨ Everything looked organized, the staff seemed on top of things, and the whole operation felt efficient and put together. That always makes a big difference! And I have to mention the music 🎶🙌 — it really added to the vibe. It made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable while we ate. Great food, fast service, clean environment, and good tunes? That’s a win in my book! I’ll definitely be back. 😊🔥

Waited for 30 minutes at the drive-thru speaker, then went inside to wait over an hour. I will never be back at this Zaxby's. I asked for both of my boneless Wing meals to be teriyaki one came barbecue and this is what my child's Grilled Cheese look like. Just a heads up to whoever thinks about eating here.
