Pulled up to try to order my food first thing in the morning before I went to work and the person at the drive-thru speaker was clearly flirting and having a personal conversation through the speaker with whoever was working there taking their sweet time ordering. And then when I finally got to pull to the speaker I was neither greeted nor even acknowledged that I was there and after sitting for 3 minutes while like I said needing to get to work I decided to leave. This place is garbage and everyone I know knows it's garbage and I didn't even want to come here but I didn't have a choice so take that as you will

This store has been on the decline and today it reached peak terrible. I'm constantly being given an uncooked impossible whopper that I have to air fry at home (grey/brown on outside, totally cold and pink inside) but today was next level. We were handed a bag of food that we immediately could tell it wasn't our food - wrong number of fries, wrong whopper, and some weird nugget looking things. Tell the person I side this was the wrong order. She yells that this is definitely the right order and we are wrong. What's even more interesting is that the receipt in the bag is for a third totally different order. That receipt says the cashier is Amy, can't be certain she was the one we interacted with but clearly she is struggling.

overall, i like this burger king. USUALLY. it is very close to my work. HOWEVER. today i went by on my lunch break. i waited TWENTY minutes for an 8 pc jalapeno cheddar tots, and an 8 pc chicken nugget meal. there was a HUGE line, i will say that. but when they had me pull around to wait, they made the ENTIRE LINE OF CARS wait for everyome elses food so they could bring it all out at once. i only had 5 mins to eat my lunch once i got back to work. not only was it COLD (too cold for the 5 mins drive back to work) and my nuggets were NO WHERE TO BE SEEN. i was a waitress for 10 years so i understand a rush can get rough but this was legit ridiculous. tried to get it rectified and was given the go around.

Again this restaurant in THE INDIANAPOLIS LOCATION SERVES CRAPPY FOOD. You can’t give a BK EXPERIENCE REVIEW BECAUSE THE DONT GIVE YOU THE RECEIPT. The kitchen needs to learn how to make food soggy fries no toasted bun. Fries are always cold. The quality of food from this industry has been terrible in all INDIANAPOLIS LOCATIONS . By the way this hamburger was awful. The food is better during the day, nights need to find another job

This is one of the better BKs. Staff is friendly and quick. Always clean. Whopper is good. I would recommend for a quick lunch or dinner.
