This is the closest fast food spot to me, so I will occasionally decide to go back even after many many many many many many issues I have had with this spot over the last few years. It's just terrible, drive-thru takes forever, you will sit at the speaker for 5+ minutes most of the time (Not even in LINE, at the SPEAKER). If there are more than 2 cars in the DT line just don't even bother stopping unless you are absolutely desperate because you won't get out of there until 30m later. Not only does it take them forever to take your order. the food also comes out slowly. They will consistently get your order wrong, if you order something with 2 patties make sure you are checking that both patties are there before you drive off. They will almost ALWAYS mess that up. The food does usually come out tasting good, so they have that going for them at least. The staff working the window are friendly despite this location's operations problems. I would say 1 person out of the 5 staff in the place actually give a crap. If the GM or franchise owner is reading this, please get it together. I want to be able to support your business but every couple of months when I give you another shot you just continue to blow it. If there is a worse BK in the city, or even a fast food place, I will be absolutely shocked. It's bad.

I've been in drive through for almost 35 minutes. Sitting here writing this now. I was the only car here, now there's a long line. I only got a kids meal and 2 burgers. This is ridiculous. They need to do something about this. It makes no sense that this happens every time you go here. And even worse the food be cold when you get it. I hate it's the only burger king around here.

Food's fine, it's a burger king, but the last 3 times I've come to this location it's like it's abandoned. At one point, in the drive-through, after waiting for someone to say anything for a few minutes, I loudly asked if anyone was there, a voice said "one minute" and another 10ish minutes later someone finally took our order. There were no customers inside, and we were the only people in the drive through. The other 2 times we got tired of waiting and just left.

I truly hate this Burger King. The only reason I even come here is because my mother likes it. You can order the simplest thing on the menu, and somehow it still takes them about 20 minutes to get it to you. To make it look like they’re being efficient, they always tell you to pull forward after you order. It’s not about customer service — it’s because they’re trying to beat the Drive-Thru timer. Moving cars out of the line makes it seem like they’re getting orders out quickly, when in reality you’re just sitting in a parking spot waiting forever. It’s frustrating, it’s misleading, and it happens every single time.

I used to live in this neighborhood and avoided this place but I have to admit. This visit was a pleasant surprise!!!! The service was great and the food was not only fresh but really tasty. I would go out of my way to come here vs. Some of the better locations.
