John M. has outstanding customer service skills and a great big smile at the drive thru window. I truly appreciate his kindness and hope that he has a fantastic day. Every time I visit this location his attitude is warm and friendly. Keep up the great work John M.

This was supposed to be a large cinnamon roll, but it's more like a dog biscuit with shitty icing slapped inside of the box. Do not recommend Hardee's right off of 65 in Indy

Good food, at inexpensive prices (esp. this near downtown.) Does a fantastic job at balancing somewhat conflicting customer, business, and community needs in this area (imo.) I was going to order one Sausage & Egg Biscuit breakfast sandwich for $3.89, when the cashier pointed out they had a "2 for $5" deal of the same item; a better and great deal. I think Hardee's kinda keeps their cheaper items off their displayed main menus; but if you ask about charbroiled double cheeseburgers, you can probably get an excellent deal there, too. This is an area with homeless people, and this location keeps their bathroom locked, with customers needing to ask for an unlocking token.

Everytime the kids and I come here before church they tell us they aren't serving breakfast even though its always before 11am. Today we came at 10:30am. I asked what time they stopped serving breakfast over the microphone and he responded "whenever we want and we ain't no more" in an extremelyrude manner. My kid's were shocked. It's sad that people would act like that around kid's for no reason. I would NOT suggest dining at this Hardee's.

Staff and management were very polite. It was also one of the cleanest Hardee's I have ever been too. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family
