My daughter and I went to this location and ordered food. When we got to the window we were informed our food was already paid for by the car in front of us. When we the food it wasnt a napkin, utensils or condiments. What am i supposed to eat with.If working in fast food isn't your thing try something else.

I ordered a MEDIUM size orange juice. THIS IS A SMALL CUP. Just because the liquid is orange juice, that doesn’t change the size of the cup. Furthermore, there’s an up charge for my orange juice order. This is false advertising, price gouging and should be illegal. No one was attending the drive thru. The workers weren’t ready. The uber eats driver stops on the passing lane and walks up to the pick up window for the online order. The manager got an attitude when Im trying to get their attention. This happened all at once. Stay away from here, pick a better location. Several discrepancies, one star.

Went there yesterday night 7th June and I just ordered a sundae and McFlurry - I was there for 45 minutes. My friend got a separate order for two large fries and a drink also 45 minutes. Embarrassingly late service. Despite the fuss the cashier went inside and got a drink and came out and relaxed while we were all waiting for our food. The manager had to come out he tried to help with the service. The people that were in the kitchen were wearing gloves but they touched their backs and their coworkers backs. So slow. Apparently there was something going on amongst the coworkers inside and the manager had to shout at them to stop and be nice. So disappointing and unreasonable waiting time for simple items. I really didn’t like how a few guys inside with gloves touched their backs and hands were around the place. No sense of hygiene. It was my first time at that place and my last time. Never going there again!!

SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!!! At this point, I can’t blame anyone by myself… I’ve kept giving this location chances because of the proximity, and somehow it just keeps getting worse and worse. I always order ahead thinking I can avoid the ridiculous amount of time it takes for them to order and it always takes over 30 minutes, even when I mark “I’m already at the restaurant” immediately after ordering. Well tonight takes the cake. Ordered at 6:10 pm, didn’t leave the restaurant with my food until 6:52. Oh, and the food is cold. Would give this location zero stars if I could.

Be prepared to wait for your order. Also make sure you ask for napkins, straws. Because you will be down the road before you realize that they didn't gove them to you again. 3rd time here, and I will drive an extra to find another store.
