Shake Shack Downtown Indianapolis

First time trying Shake Shack (based in New York City) (NEW YORK CITY? 😂). Hot Dog: Decent Hot Dog, but WAY overpriced! The Shake Shack Hot Dog is FAR smaller than Shake Shack makes it appear in THEIR photos. I am originally from Northern California, the land of Casper's (MOURN that you can't buy Casper's Hot Dogs at your grocery store around here), Kasper's (RIP), Doggie Diner (RIP), Hot Dog Palace (RIP) and Aggie's (RIP). Not as good as any of those and RIDICULOUS NEW YORK CITY pricing. Cheese Fries: Pretty good, but not a lot of cheese. The cheese sauce itself is pretty good, they should just include more of it for the price. Side of Cheese Sauce: Shack Shack seems to follow Taco Bell's lead in only filling the cheese sauce container half full. I would rate Shack Shack higher if it wasn't overpriced for what you get.

Service was absolutely outstanding! We were welcomed by an employee saying “welcome to the night shack!” The burger was absolutely fantastic, and even the tomato was absolutely delicious! The Coke had raspberry boba!?!? Now that was ABSOLUTELY INSANE! By far the best Shake Shack I’ve ever experienced! Night Shack experience was a 10/10. Absolutely would go again!

It’s a good burger option, nothing to be crazy about it has a lot of options I give them that, in this case I orderer the bbq burguer with double meat, I think the meat was really good also the bread it’s great but the burger I think it’s kind of small, I also had some fries with cheese and a sauce that I don’t remember the name but I do not recommend it if you don’t like salty thinks, the cheese was bad on my opinion but the fries are good, just take the normal fries, excellent service and clean areas

[order on 4/30 @ 4:22pm] Love love love the ‘shroom burger and spicy fries with ranch. The location is in a busy area near a parking garage stop it makes it very accessible. They also have some on street parking (for people brave enough to parallel park, I am not brave like that lol) The dining area was very nice with a great atmosphere and very spacious. I ordered on app, but noticed very easy to use ordering tablets right near the entrance. The staff near the pick up area were very friendly and greeted me. Behind the counter looked very clean There were two all-gender bathrooms, I didn’t go in both of them- but the bathroom to the left did have a child changing table.

I recently went there to pick up a delivery, and it's shocking how poorly they treat customers who order delivery. You spend a lot of money to get hot food and a cold, frozen shake, yet their manager insists they must violate multiple food safety rules by bagging a cold, frozen shake together with hot food, causing you to get a melted mess and potential food poisoning. However, if you order it to go and pick it up yourself, you get exactly what you pay for—a cold shake and hot food. So, beware anyone ordering delivery from this place. Make sure to order your food and your shake separately so you can force them to use the common sense their management team refuses to practice.
