Went in during my lunch break, this is like my 5th time coming at this location and the food be inedible. How I just get my food but it’s ice cold and tastes weird??.. how is the jalapeno peppers better then the meal itself? The guy in the drive thru was rude as could be, absolutely no manners wouldn’t even speak made me reach my arm far out and lean over when tap paying almost as if it was on purpose cause the previous times I’ve came he’s been weird and rude to me. I absolutely will never try this location again as this has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the city! Definitely needs new staff and fresher food!

I placed an online order for pickup at the drive-thru window on 06/06/26 (Order #903243). Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered multiple issues with my order. I was completely missing my Crunchwrap and Rolled Chicken Quesadilla. I was also missing my Diablo Ranch sauce. In addition, my Nacho Cheese Gordita Crunch was made incorrectly. I ordered it with steak instead of the standard meat, extra three-cheese blend, added rice, and chipotle sauce. While those modifications appeared to be included, the taco was missing other standard ingredients such as the lettuce and regular cheese, making it incomplete. What makes this especially frustrating is that before leaving, I specifically asked if everything was in the bag, and the employee at the window assured me that it was. Because of that, I trusted that the order had been checked and didn’t go through the bag myself. Everything was packed tightly into a single bag and stacked on top of each other, so it wasn’t easy to quickly verify the contents anyway. I shouldn’t have to get all the way home to find out that I’m missing two entire items, a sauce I paid for, and that another item was made incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen, but this order had multiple errors that could have been caught with a quick review before it was handed out. Hopefully management can address the quality control issues so future customers receive the complete orders they paid for.

First thing that I did not like the young lady at the register, took my bank card and laid it onto the pad where you make your payment and left it there the entire time I was in line. Then she proceeds to hand me a drink that I didn’t order and I’m staring at her like give me my bank card, please. The first thing I thought was, she was trying to take a photo of my card or something like that. Then my order was incorrect. I have an allergy to tomatoes, and they still put tomatoes on my order. Food looked horrible. I was on A short lunch break. I did not finish all the food. When I went inside to get my order corrected, it took well over eight minutes for me to even be acknowledged. My Chalupa‘s Looked horrible. My Doritos taco was all broken up.

Took my grandkids out to eat everything was hot and fresh. The staff was nice kind and polite. We enjoyed it thank you. I’ll keep up the good work.

My lunch from this Taco Bell location today was horrible. The nachos cold and were mainly beans hardly any other ingredients and even the chips were soggy. My burrito supreme was also cold and mushy. Not a good eating experience at all.
