Used the app to order my foos after a conference cause it was the only restaurant opened. Waited an hour and a half for food. Got home. Half of my order wasn't even in the bag. Highly recommend just going in a using the kiosk. Every person who used the kiosk got their food in 15 minutes. I was going to cancel my order and do that but they started my order and it locked it. I then I waited 45 minutes for them to finish making it. I only ordered a nacho bell grande and dessert with a drink.

Went on a Saturday night and was super disappointed. The place had weird vibes and felt sketchy. Was really hoping for more of a bar type atmosphere but it was just a worse taco bell. They were very disorganized, its good they carded us but they did it multiple times for the one drink we ordered because they couldn't keep straight what they were doing or what we ordered. In theory, a taco bell that serves alcohol is a great idea for people in their early to mid twenties, but the execution is just super poor at this location. Glad we went so when this place closes we won't feel like we missed out.

I went to the grand opening of Taco Bell Cantina, and let me tell you, it's not your typical fast-food experience. This Taco Bell has taken the familiar and added an exciting twist that sets it apart from the rest. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was vibrant and modern, creating an inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. But what truly stood out was the unique cocktails on the menu. The food at this Taco Bell was much better than your standard Taco Bell experience. . The ingredients tasted fresh, and the combinations were thoughtfully crafted to create a memorable meal. Looking ahead, I'm excited to see what this Taco Bell has in store for the future. The promise of unique food and drink items to set themselves apart is intriguing, and I can't wait to see what creative twists they bring to the table. It's refreshing to see a fast-food establishment actively pushing boundaries and striving for innovation.

Avoid anything with a shell or chips at this location! I generally enjoy Taco Bell, so this isn't a critique of the brand, but a major quality control warning for this specific restaurant. The taco shells and chips are consistently stale and have a harsh, chemical-like aftertaste. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after my most recent meal left my mouth burning from a shell, it’s clear this is a serious food safety concern. Avoid until they fix their oil or storage!

I believe this is the cheapest restaurant possible to get a filling and hot meal downtown; the Value Menu prices seem identical to Taco Bells in outlying areas of Indy The Cantina opens early, but now only serves the regular menu (ie, breakfast menu is now never available.) The interior feels cozy, safe and controlled during the day; idk if that can change at night with sale of alcohol.
