I ordered a chilli with my order and it wasn't even thick it was straight soup. Very liquidity as if someone added way too much water. I love Wendy's chilli when its done right but this was not

Firstly , the man runnin the drive thru , needs a new head set because he couldn’t hear shit. Secondly , at the window we asked for the free fries and he scanned the QR code. When we got our bag of food, there was no fries. And he said “next time tell me at the window”. Okay , my bad, got it. Come back with a small fry in his bare hand, not in a bag, that had literally fry crumbs and says “they haven’t dropped and fries”. So , annoyed at this point by the audacity - we asked for barbecue sauce. And he insist we pay $.55 Take what you want from this. But this location- I will not be returning to.

Why did it take 20 plus minutes to get my food?? I was sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes and waited over 10 minutes after I paid. The time management needs to be better! Also their soda was going out too, so I didn't enjoy much of my soda either :(

I went to this location around 2:30 and ordered a $32.00 order. As I finished my paying I noticed the sandwich maker making food with no gloves. I asked the cashier was this new she hesitated and say no. His clothes and apron was dirty I wanted a refund. The cashier explains to me that I have to wait for the manager to come from outside which was 10-15 min later to give a refund. Didn't apologize or say anything. She came from outside didn't wash her hands and just gave my money back. Wouldn't give this location another try. Although I did go to the other Wendys on 55th Keystone and they did correct. Manager was stocking the sandwich line and putting dates on everything with gloves and cleaning. I arrives there after 3pm. They gave me hot food and everyone there with a smile. This location on Meridian was the worst experience Please teach your team friendliness and cleanliness

I came back again I thought it would be different at 10:47 am, in the morning but instead of a box of fries I got a box of burnt to a crisp broken up crumbs, why would you give this to a paying customer, see pics. I arrived at 4:45 p.m.and and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one offered to help me, the manager just walked away and went to the back however the employees were sitting in the dining area talking on their phones, so I tried to drive through in the Drive-Thru I was told that the store was doing a changeover and it would be 10 minutes before anyone can take my order.
