Exceptional service provided by a manager named Sade or” Shawday” in Wichita Kansas at the 13th St., North and Hillside location. It is 2:27 PM 04/16/2026 central standard time. I believe she is a manager. I recognized her doing the job of 4 to 5 employees she went above and beyond on Service she was exceptionally professional very efficient. She seems to be basically single-handedly running The restaurant with flowing ease. I believe this woman deserves the highest possible recognition and respect for the work she is putting in over there. Please do not let this woman get away from you, please show her she is appreciated and you need her. I assure you , this lady has Popeyes back and is making sure your business is running smooth. She was running the drive through , the front desk, filling orders , giving commands, listening to customers, refilling trays, getting drinks and organizing all at the same time. On top of all that - She has a smile on her face. I will be back and have now made this store my official Popeyes. I will not visit another after the perfect service I received. She is such a kind person. I can not boast enough on the outstanding service I received. Please protect this angel at all costs!! Also if shawday sees this, I’m sorry if I spelled her name wrong.

The manager of your store (Shawday) was very nice and was on top of everything. We witnessed her doing what seemed like 3-4 jobs at the same time that girl can juggle and she did it without messing up and still putting the customers first. You did the right thing when you made Shawday one of your managers. I hope you will take some time to thank her for the wonderful job she is doing running your store, thank you, Tammy W.

Update. Multiple times I adjust my meal to include different pieces of chicken and it cost me more… yet they disregard what the order states but instead just go based off the meal name it seems… I’m paying more for my meal but not only recording less but also not getting what I paid for. I had an older review but decided to redo it since they’ve messed up multiple times since I’ve been there. Made an online order today and has set the pick up time to about 30-40mins out. Went there and my food wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 25 Minutes just to get my food! Not only that but when I got home we were missing items. So we go back and tell them about it. Well the manager gives us the stink eye and an attitude. Asked if we had a receipt, of course we did. Well I come home and when I opened the wings they had tossed it in the bag recklessly and open. The bag and container were covered in sauce and dripping all over my floor! Get your act together! You’re a grown adult! I think someone should check to see if they’re skimping their customers cause I’m not the only one to have quality issues!

Went to pick up our dinner we ordered online and the lady at the counter asked my BF 3 times what the name on the order was and then I went to use the bathroom and had to cover the seat with to cause it was absolutely disgusting. I went back out to the counter and the lady proceeded to ask me twice what the name on the order was even after being told 3 times already. We waited for 10 minutes and finally got our food and the red beans and rice were hot and good and the biscuits were good but our chicken strips/tenders were literally nothing but hard crunchy pieces that we couldn't even chew. The chicken was literally flattened and had no meat on them. 2 unhappy customers right here and probably won't be coming back to this Popeyes restaurant again.

The staff were actively communicating everything with each other which I thought was amazing! I may have had to pull up and wait but I feel they just gave me the best spicy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from any location! Give those workers a raise!
