My family went there last night in the evening around dinner time had a large order got home everyone sat down to eat their food my daughter took a bite of her burger and realized it was mushy in the middle looked and it was completely raw! The manager did refund the money that ruined our experience this was one of our favorite Wendy's locations

Just ordered a day is a double with cheese had the meat had the cheese couple of pickles no onions no tomatoes no lettuce. Couple of weeks ago I ordered it and it didn't have the meat but it had everything else. Double check your order when you leave the drive-thru at night. How do you screw things up this bad?! The owner should have a serious discussion with the night manager.

The owner of this location is a kind-hearted wonderful human being. She takes pride in her work, always friendly, high energy, and constantly going above and beyond. She runs an efficient restaurant and her employees reap the benefits of such a well-run business. The employees almost always seem happy to help with anything you might need. I ordered my usual order (bacon cheeseburger with extra mayo) and realized I left my wallet in my other pair of scrubs at the hospital. The owner (I think Barbara is her name) was incredibly understanding and didn't miss a beat in helping me with my embarrassing situation. I have one more year left in Wichita before I finish residency and I am going to be using this Wendy's location exclusively for my fast food dining needs. Her excellent service, combined with going above and beyond without even the slightest hesitation, has easily earned her my loyalty. If I was still working a fast food worker, I would happily have her as a boss. Would highly recommend this Wendy's to anyone

Better check your food before you leave. Finally leaving this review after they have gave me an incomplete order for the 4th time this year. It’s literally fast food, its not hard to do your job.

No matter what time I go there, I can never get fresh fries and fresh food. The bun is always not soft and the Patty looks like it's been sitting there all day long. It's never fresh. The only thing that I can get that is fresh all the time CHILI AND THE FROSTIES AND BAKED POTATOES
