I was there 2/14/26 it was packed the line moved super fast.. Amazing was the staff a young tall man wearing glasses taking orders and passing the orders out. He was always SMILING FRIENDLY Kool and the ultimate service in the middle of A massive Marci Gras crowd. The workers in the back were hitting it hard popping the orders out with ZERO attitude just smiling and working as a Krewe… That shift deserves a raise or bonus Talk about Amazing…. Not to mention the ladies at the port potties. Super clean the line managed professionally wiping down doors and inside for next parson with paper ready. I was amazed then hand sanitizer it was the best experience and A Big Shout Amazing to those employees. Happy Mardi Gras

The family and I really enjoyed our visit at this location. We got the basic meal that my daughter liked. The thing that stood out to me about this location is all the employees are very nice, funny and kind. I recommend anyone to visit this location. We will be back soon when we come to New Orleans again.

I used to get fresh market for five star reviews Boy. They have taken profits to a whole new level. Food used to be wonderful but it’s just OK now I don’t know what happened. He used to love this place.

My husband and I have been to a few Cane’s locations and we both agreed this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had! The food was delicious as always and the serving sizes were very generous. What really stood out to us were the staff. Every single one of them was so kind and hospitable. They brought our food to us and frequently came by to make sure everything was good. We have never experienced that before at Cane’s! This location is definitely a model for how to provide exemplary customer service :)

Forgot to get the manager name but she had dreads she was so sweet and lovely. All the staff was neatly dressed and professional and the food was fresh to order probably the best Raising Cane in the city if you ask me!
