Went up there at 8:45pm tonight. Pulled up and the employees working actually turned the interior lights off and said "the power went out". We watched it happen. Then the staff was sitting eating themselves. They clearly didn't want any business or to make any food, and the hours say they're open until 11pm. Wth is going on at this location??

Came in for dinner and was disappointed. The steak bowl was okay, but they overloaded it with sour cream, and the staff seemed careless. The dining area was filthy — trash on the floor, dirty tables, and a messy soda station. Despite having several employees standing around, no one was cleaning. It felt like they didn’t want anyone eating in

I ordered a quesadilla there last night and they forgot the CHEESE. On a quesadilla. I didn't realize it until I got home; I didn't think to check something so basic. That's like forgetting the tortilla. There was also a security guard on a power trip causing unnecessary tension; she was freaking out on people legitimately picking up their orders and arguing with them if she didn't think you looked like the name on the order. She made it so unpleasant we didn't want to eat in and I won't be going back specifically because of her. If I walk in and say, "I have a barbacoa quesadilla to pick up for x," and am holding my phone with the app order confirmed on it, a security guard does not need to question my ethnicity or whatever because she doesn't understand how names work. The store was completely quiet, no big line, no troublemakers, so I'm not sure why she was hyped up and in aggressive mode. It's too bad she wasn't aggressively checking the accuracy of orders instead of profiling people based on their first names; that would have been an actually useful way to spend her time.

This might literally be the worst Chipotle location of all time. The first girl serving the food barely looked up while taking my order. When I asked for a tortilla on the side, she sighed and rolled her eyes at me. Then it took her 3 tries to pull out a tortilla and ended up throwing away 3 of them before finally giving me one, which turned out to be rock hard and very stale. She then huffed and puffed every time she served me, the guy in front of me, and the guy behind me. The second worker was wearing her hat so low you couldn't even see her face, and when I said "thank you have a nice day" she turned around and walked away. I ate the food at home and the tortilla was extremely stale, the chicken was cold, and the rice was dry and cold. I would avoid this location at all costs. If I could give the service less stars, I would. To top it all off, this location is impossible to park at.

The food was solid, on point; the service was helpful and timely. The two women working here last week were very tolerant of my child, who was having a particularly bad night. That was appreciated. The place was clean.
