Came and order food got a 12 piece family meal with a side of coleslaw and a side of mashed potatoes. Can someone please explain how I get two of the regular size (4.5 oz) and one large(13.5oz) how does that equal the same? Went in to ask them and they workers just looked at me as if I’m stupid when I asked a valid question if I’m paying for a large I want the damn large

I ordered the family meal with one side of mashed potatoes w/o the gravy one the side I get to the widow they hand me a mashed potatoes mixed With the Gravy i asked them to simply remake it and they all said they didnt serve mashed potatoes plain at all

Went through the drive thru to place our order. Started to place the order and was rudely told to hold on. Finally placed my order - 12 piece dinner, dark meat, NOT SPICY with two large fries. Get to the windows, no greeting nothing. Took the payment and thrust the food thru the windows. Get home, open the containers and see dried up spicy chicken. Got the fries out and they are cold and don't taste like they were not fully cooked. I will never go back there, and I would totally not recommend this Church's to anyone. I will go out of my way to avoid this location just to get an order from a Church's thay cares about its customers. Workers were not friendly in the least

Had to repeat 3 times that I wanted a certain dipping sauce and drive thru person had an attitude with me saying "what drink" aftee I already told it to her. I never got the sauce despite asking 3 times for it at the drive thru and no spoon or fork.

I went here today to get the 2 piece special and found out the two pieces on tuesday for $2.00 isn't a thing anymore. I ordered two of the two piece specials and I got a single two piece for $3.91. I asked about it and the staff looked at me like I was talking about a relic. Like wow no more church's on tuesday. The price of what would've been a four piece being charged for two pieces and a biscuit was upsetting especially since I had a budget I was hoping to stay within. It is probably for the best because I don't know what it is about the chicken at this location but it doesn't agree with the digestive system. So in other words have access to a restroom about 40 minutes after eating here you will need it. It used to be the original that gave this reaction but I ordered the spicy this time and still got the same results. The overall impression was it was cheap with a diuretic side effect now it's pricier with the same side effect. The staff isn't friendly or welcoming so I will go elsewhere looking for chicken.
