It's ok to eat if you don't want to spend too much money. Food took ages to be delivered, tables weren't clean and staff did not interact with anyone at all. They have the best milkshake in town tho.

Gave me burger without sauce. When I asked for sauce the guy gave me cold sauce. I asked if I could get warm sauce on it and he acted annoyed and asked them for a remake. They were clearly mad at me for asking for what I ordered because this is how much sauce they put on it (see photo). There was no sauce underneath the burger, that was it.

i loved everything about the service and food, was delicious and incredibly tidy inside the store. shoutout to jay! he was amazing and very nice, kind, helpful, and overall one of the best workers in any fast food establishment I have ever met. give him a raise!!!

The food was very good. The place was very unclean. I despise the new person less interaction. No greeting, no person to take your order, deal completely with a computer then it still asks for a tip and you have to opt out not in as it actually is charged if you don't push no tip. You pick up your order at a window and bus you own table and then you can't use the restroom because its not for public use, not even for customers. 1 and done.

In town for the "NO KINGS" march and after the walk the old guy wanted a burger. VERY surprisingly, even with dozens of people milling about and the restaurant being full, the staff at the register were friendly, smiling and helpful. This was the first time we ever had a s Shake Shack burger and it was A++++!! The fries were & crispy & deelish, but the hotdogs was the only disappointment. The dog was good, but the bread was cold, served straight out of the bag. Heads up, everything is sold a la carte, so no baskets or special prices. Still a great experience. 👍🏽
