This location normally does really well. Unfortunately, they messed up the order twice. Ordered two potato soft tacos. The potatoes were looking as though they were cooked a day or two before, and were hard. Address this with the manager asked for two more new ones and even paid for them. The new ones had the same result.

Last night I went to taco bell and they forgot to sdd the salted carmel churros. I called and spoke to someone. He said come back today he will let the morning manager know because he gets off at 7:00 am. I only went back because my son wanted them. Get there this morning the morning manager says no one told him and I could be just trying to get a free churro even though I have my reciept, my call log where I called and how do I know when this man gets off work if I never called. I do not appreciate being called a liar over some churros.

The food was good, however we were missing part of our order and we called to ask if we could please pick it up at the door rather than waiting in the drive thru line since it was really long. They told us we could not come to the door, and while we were waiting in the drive thru line we saw someone come to the door to get their order.

Went in drive through for breakfast and wanted to see the breakfast menu or what kind of burritos they had . The drive through workers didn’t want to tell me and my husband what kind of variety of burritos being we did not have the breakfast menu. She did tell us sausage, bacon , or potato but the traffic from the Highway made it hard for us to hear . So I asked could she repeat it nicely and she had an attitude . I said mam u have an attitude when all I was asking were what kind of burritos she had . Then she says well u can go somewhere else to eat and it escalated from there . From the jump of the drive through call she had an bad attitude then a man came to the window to tell us they want be servicing us all bc we wanted to know about the burritos and your worker had an attitude. This location is terrible and I do not recommend this place . I worked fast food you say you prompts in a polite manner . Yea my husband got ugly after that .

There is no option to remove sour cream for any item on doordash for a few weeks. It has stopped me from ordering a few times. If that's unintentional I would appreciate a fix. If it's intentional, WHY???
