4-19-2026 I came in here to grab some lunch for myself and my neighbor who's never been here before. I've been to this location numerous times as well as some of the other locations around the KCMO Metro area and this is by far my favorite location of them all... They're always very friendly and extremely fast. This particular visit there was an extremely attractive male cashier working and he was beyond helpful and polite. Definitely put the icing on the cake for today's visit and most definitely a reminder of why I love Texas Tom's and this location the most.

Taco burger was 🔥tater tots were hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door with a smile and friendlyness.

I seriously love this place and come here all the time. The owner is very kind, the staff is always friendly, and the whole place is kept really clean. Every visit I’ve had has been a good one, which is why I don’t agree with a lot of the negative reviews. From my experience, they’ve always been welcoming, respectful, and made sure everything was good. It’s hard to find places that stay this consistent, but this one really does. The service is great, the environment is comfortable, and it’s definitely one of my favorite spots. I’ll keep coming back and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place with nice people and a clean atmosphere.

If you're looking for incredible value without sacrificing flavor, Texas Tom's is the place to be! I ordered the fried chicken and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The cheesy tater tots were also a huge hit, crispy and satisfying from the first bite to the last. What really blew me away were the prices. We're talking cheaper than your typical fast food chain, but the quality is so much better. You genuinely feel like you're getting a steal every time you order.

This place should not be open. I went inside to make my order which went well, I went over to the lobby to wait for my food and noticed that not 1 but all of the tables were dirty. Right there I should have canceled my order but I didn’t. A few minutes of waiting the food was ready, I was thinking hmm that was quick anyway I had 2 pieces of chicken mixed and cauliflower. The chicken was greasy and tasteless the cauliflower was cold and tasteless. The food was horrible and a waste of my money I was very disappointed. I got a bad stomach ache from the food and couldn’t eat for the rest of the day and I didn’t even eat the whole meal.
