Tables were wiped down regularly, floors looked spotless, and the dining area felt comfortable and welcoming. The restroom was also clean, which shows attention to detail and care for customers. Ordered delivery of the whopper meal- it was surprisingly good! I haven't had a Whopper in years but the sauce to burger ratio was right and the flavor was there. Love that I could order a mix of french fries AND onion rings. The fries were very salty but still edible. Overall, it was a decent (and fast) lunch for a reasonable price.

Overcharged and given the runaround at the Burger King on 2319 S 13th St in Omaha. Stopped by Friday night (4/10 around 10:30 PM) and was told my total was about $11 but my card was charged $27.06. Came back the next day — GM confirmed the correct total ($11.78) but refused to refund and told me to return again. Came back again and was told only he could handle it. Multiple trips, no accountability, no refund. Had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. Very disappointing.

I haven't been here for years and the service is always great. I didnt care for the food, our potato bites and mozzarella fries were not fresh

They're lucky you can't give less than one star. Hands down the worst location in the city. Never open when they say they are (closing 3 hours early) employees put less than the bare minimum in effort to ensure your order comes out correctly just forget about good service. Honestly just shut the whole place down
