Burgers, fries, and shakes are delic!! Customer service was top-notch!! By far some of the friendliest and helpful staff I've encountered! Clean store and fresh food! Amazing experience! We will be back! Thanks guys!

Ordered two burgers, one lettuce wrapped one, fries, one soda and one milke shake. Had to remind about milkshake when picking up order then had to return to the counter when lettuce wrapped burger wasn't in the bag with rest of food. Handed me a second bag, two patties and cheese in a to-go box. Other locations in omaha are better.

Had a bit of a complicated order and an indecisive kiddo and they were patient and helpful. Food came out exactly how we needed it! ❤️ food was great (as always). Love that they have all beef hot dogs! Service and follow up was great!

The cashier was patient and excited to explain the variously options. The employees cater to anyone who has a disability. In my case a bad limp. So good was brought to the table. Going over above and beyond. The music playing is upbeat. Five guys is the truth. Try it or your missing out for real!

We had a good experience with five guys at this location. Did a to go order. Unfortunately ordered just after a large group so it took a little time but nothing crazy. Burgers were correct from ordered and cooked well. The fries were the disappointment they were cold and soggy. Cajun seasoning was solid. Overall good experience but was kinda expensive for what we got. One regular burger, one little burger, one regular fry for $29.
