Came in here for a quick bite after work and it did the job pretty well. The place was clean enough and the staff seemed chill, not overly talkative but polite. My order came out faster than I thought, which was nice since I was kinda hungry lol. Food tasted fresh, fries were hot and crispy, burger was decent—not amazing but def not bad either. Only thing was they got one small detail wrong in my order, but they fixed it quick so no big deal. Overall, solid spot when you need something fast and easy.

This store is not open 24 hrs like it claims on Google. I put in a mobile order at 3:25 am on a Wednesday morning and pulled up to the order window and immediately was told they were closed over the intercom. I came back later that day to pick up my food and the manager there made it sound like I was lying about buying my food and for some reason was offensive denying that I ever came through the drive-thru. I showed her my phone and she barely looked at it saying she would have remembered my name- she did not ask my name when I came in the morning. Why she was being argumentative, I don't know! She refused to give me my food and I had to leave, I don't have time to argue. I will never return to this location again and I somebody needs to give me my money back! Order: #1000458186903

Sonic is a nice drive-in fast food joint in Omaha. The waiter was having a difficult time hearing me and came out to my vehicle to make sure he put my order in correctly. I appreciated that. Food was ready and delivered quickly. Thank you for the great service.

The worst experience I have ever had from Uber Eats. They delivered to me a corn dog and tater tots and did not include ketchup or any sauce of any kind. When I called and asked why they wouldn’t include that, she said, “Oh well that’s a corporate policy that you don’t include that unless you specifically ask for it on the app “ The app is not user-friendly for number one number two absolutely unacceptable when you ask the question and then they hang up on you and tell you to tell corporate! Zero stars. Thank you. Not Uber Eats fault at all, the restaurant, Sonic on Cuming, has staff that don’t care about customer satisfaction! Ever food item that may need a sauce should get a single sauce if not more. RIDICULOUS. AND THE COMMENTS FROM THE STAFF WHEN i called was NOT professional especially when SHE hung up on me. It was a Thursday night after midnight! And the amount of tots?……. SMH……looks like somebodyate some before they left the store. (Stickers were still in tact when arrived to our room)
