This place gets my order wrong... Oh, I'd say 3 out of 4 times. And I'm not exaggerating. I don't know who runs this place, but they're straight up bad. Out of soda half the time, I order supreme and I get regular, I order lite sauce and they give me regular (or extra?), I order two 5-layers with no beans and I get one with no beans and one with beans. I know some people exaggerate things like this, but I've lived near this Taco Bell for years - 8 to be exact - and it has always been kinda... Suspect. But seriously, I don't think it has been in any worse of a condition service wise. Oh, something to note, this is EXCLUSIVELY a night time issue. During the day? No issues. It's only at night.

Don’t normally write reviews of fast food places but I have a minute and am annoyed. I ordered the number 1 - three taco supremes. Easy right? Received two regular tacos with barely a sneeze of meat and like three pieces of lettuce. Fast food is too expensive these days to not get the full food I paid for. How disappointing 😩 AVOID STAFF IS RUDE, LAZY AND THEY STEAL BY NOT GIVING YOU A FULL ORDER

Today, a friend and I went in to get food to-go. We use the kiosks they have, we find them to easier and faster. I placed my order through there, and wanted to pay in cash. I get to the register and give her my name and she says she can’t find anything under Jenna. She offers to take my order there at the register, as she’s taking my order she says she’s can’t hear me and that I need to speak up, and she doesn’t say it with the kindness tone. She would’ve been able to hear me if the two gals back there would keep their voices down. They are talking very loudly, everyone can hear their inappropriate comments, stories, and foul language. This was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Don’t bother calling the corporate number, nobody picks up.

After forgetting part of my order and causing me to have to go inside to get it back (which whatever accidents happen) But I then get home to bite INTO A RECEIPT INSIDE my fricken food… INSIDE THE TACO ?! I don’t know how incompetent you have to be to drop a whole receipt into an order and not even notice… & When I called to notify the staff they all LAUGHED in the background. Feels purposeful... The manager on shift then told me “you’re going to have to come in tomorrow WITH THE TACO” 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ Simply negligence… Better check the inside of all of your food the minute you receive it from this location. They clearly have a whole team that’s not the brightest. Let alone intentionally disrespectful. Gross.
