The service is good, as is the food; however, they really should fry the chicken a little longer—and not just at this location, but at many others I’ve visited as well. I have visited more than 10 different establishments throughout North Carolina, and even so, it remains good.

I am LIVID! In the process of eating my sausage egg and cheese biscuit, guess what I encountered!!!! A FLY FRIED INTO THE EGG! Are you kidding me! LITERALLY! I call the store to get some sort of explanation only to be told I CAN GET A REFUND! I am absolutely disgusted! I have no words! They offered to replace my sandwich BUT LIKE I TOLD THE EMPLOYEE (who was sweet) WOULD YOU EAT ANOTHER SANDWICH FROM THE VERY PLACE THAT WATCHED A FLY BE FRIED IN AN EGG AND THEN PLACED ON A BISCUIT. The way I was offered a solution was utter disrespect. First and foremost I stay 20 minutes away from this location, so to drive back to replace a $10 meal is just not worth it! This has literally traumatized me. You see videos and pictures about stuff like this, but to actually experience it for myself and told I can get a $10 refund….. No thank you! I would recommend someone contact me IMMEDIATELY TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION THE CORRECT WAY!

I just had the best Bojangles experience of my life. I ordered the Cajun fillet biscuit and a side of coleslaw. The biscuit was light and flaky and held together nicely (drives me crazy when they fall apart!), the filet was a good size, perfectly breaded and seasoned and wonderfully crispy. The coleslaw was fresh and delicious. I used the drive through so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. But that was one delightful and satisfying meal!

I love me some Bo 5/5 times I’ve been my order has been wrong. It’s a battle to get sauce an even if you read your order back and verbally confirm the sauce it’s still a low chances it will be there when you check :(

Customer service was great, I only ordered two items. Light butter biscuit and fries lightly seasoned. The food was fresh, however my fries had extra seasoning. Everyone doesn't like extra seasoning. I also let them know I did not mind waiting. I didn't complain about it bc I had to get back on the highway.
