I wish their was an option for 0 stars on reviews cause this place deserves a zero. Me and my boyfriend arrived at this taco bell around 11:00pm exactly and only ordered three classic tacos; the first mistake being we ordered on the kiosk, which might as well have not existed; for it would take a whole 1HR to get our order. I had to actually ask where the order was after waiting 40 mins only for the manager to tell us wasn't even registered, that's not even the worst of it, the drinks? yeah we ordered one and didn't even drink anything after seeing the drink fountains "drinks" are literally all water; people are so lazy they couldn't even bother to change the syrup for them. I HIGHLY don't recommend you come here, there are much better taco bells in Raleigh and better fast food places on Western Blvd; why waste your time at all here.

Ciera took my order and was so sweet and on point despite me changing my mind on a few items. I also appreciated the manager coming out to acknowledge my review! All around, the location is turning its service around and is significantly better than even like a month ago. Bravo guys!

Quick and have never gotten my order wrong in dozens of visits! Drive thru staff are kind. Food is always what I need right at that moment, and ordering on the app for rewards is usually great aside from random technical difficulties.

GIVE THE GUY AT THE WINDOW A RAISE RN‼️‼️ (2:06am 04/27/26) MAN WAS SO NICE AND PERSONABLE NEVER IN MY TACOBELL EATING CAREER HAVE I BEEN SO INSPIRED TO REVISIT A LOCATION. ON MY SOUL IF Y'ALL DON'T TREAT HIM LIKE THE KING HE IS I WILL FIND YOU. NOT ONLY WAS HE NICE HE WAS ALSO ENTERTAINING WHILE WE WAITED FOR OUR FOOD. I'M SO SORRY IDK HIS NAME BUT HE WAS AMAZING 10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️

If I could post without stars I would. It is 3:09am. I have been standing here waiting to grab a DoorDash order for atlwast 45 minutes. I just lost the orders. Now I'm out money!! You have 2 people in there making Tik toks. They are picking and choosing their orders to making.
