I usually avoid fast food because the quality and service. But, one night we were hungry after shopping in the area and evey place had closed. So I took a chance at Wedey's and let me tell you, the Spicy Chicken was fresh and hot. I did have to wait for about 6 - 8 mins but it was worth the wait. I think because I modified my order, they had to cook it fresh. Fries was hot and my mango lemonade was perfect. And, the service was good too. I hope to return and have the same experience.

The SECU app was down at the time of my visit, i was having issues with unlocking my card so I could pay for my food. The female manger that was on duty was super rude. I didn’t like her attitude. Middle aged African American woman. The cashier was very patient and wasn’t rude. I normally don’t have any issues during my visits. Won’t be back to this location

The Baked potato was out of the world good. The chili was great also. Top of with a chocolate frosty. What more could one ask for. It was all great.

I visited the Wendy’s on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina, to pick up a mobile order and place an additional drive-thru order. My drive-thru order included a #8 Asiago Ranch Classic Chicken sandwich (no bacon, no lettuce), upgraded to a large fry and a strawberry lemonade. I was told they were out of strawberry syrup, so I accepted a classic lemonade instead. Unfortunately, what I received was completely wrong. My sandwich had three layers of bacon, lettuce, no ranch, cold melted cheese, and it was not grilled. I was also disappointed to learn the sandwich pictured in the display (which looked grilled) was not an actual option—this felt misleading. On top of that, I was given a half-filled fry box instead of the full large I paid for. To make matters worse, there was confusion at the window. I was first handed one bag, then two, then three, then asked to return them all. There was disorganized communication about which orders were mine, and ultimately, I still received incorrect items. I also did not receive a receipt for either order. As a single mom who hadn’t eaten in nearly 12 hours, this was extremely frustrating—especially after paying nearly $13 for the wrong food. I work hard just like your staff and expect the same respect in return. I don’t live near this location and had already left when I discovered the issues. This experience was deeply disappointing.

From the time I placed my order to the time I finished my meal, customer service was excellent from every single member working today. I felt compelled to let the manager know this, the burger was fresh and tasty, the fries were crispy and delicious... And as bad as inflation has been, nothing pisses me off more than paying good money for subpar food. Hopefully this is not a one-off and they are always firing on all cylinders like today. The only improvement that I noticed dirty floor and tables in the back corner of the business. Judging from the socioeconomics of the area, I think they're doing pretty good.
