We had such a great experience! During a very busy lunch hour, Hector went above and beyond taking care of guests in our area. He was attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. He noticed we were celebrating my son’s birthday and surprised him with a special gift and hat, which absolutely made his day. My son was so excited! Hector truly delivered exceptional service and made our visit memorable. It’s employees like him who make all the difference. Thank you!

I had my daughter to take me to get a quick bite. At chicken-fil-a . I order a 4 piece chicken tender combo. But what I receive was chicken nugget combo. I didn't check the order . Because, I had never got a wrong order before. I called the restaurant where I purchase it at. No answer, I called again. It gave me a person in Atlanta Georgia. There is no one in Oklahoma to pick up the phone. She gave me a meal discount like a sandwich. Strips or nugget and the side. A reward She call it for me to redam at 2 different times I can't get both together. I order my combo at 1 time I should be able to get the tenders and the side together, not separate very disappointed.

This location is quickly becoming one of those that you need to check your food before you leave. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but this isn't the first or second or third time I've ordered and driven all the way home or to work only to open my bag to an incorrect order - it's just far enough that I'm not turning around I'll just eat it and be unhappy. No other location in the metro is like this, orders are consistently: not repeated back to you, incorrect portion size, incorrect altogether. The staff is less than enthusiastic most of the time and the atmosphere in general is not very Chick-fil-A like.

Disappointed. I politely asked about my carry out order, waiting 5 minutes and received a balled up chicken biscuit with bread falling a part as soon as I open the paper. Just do better. I’m willing to wait an extra 2 minutes if It means my food isn’t balled up and smooshed.

I’ve always enjoyed the food, it’s always amazing, but today the team did something special I didn’t expect. After we finished our meal, one of the team members asked if my five kids would want free ice cream and I said sure. They led us around to the front and invited all of my kids to walk to the back and make their own ice cream cones on the machine. It was such a simple thing to offer but the gesture instilled wonder and excitement into all of my kids, even the 17 year old was impressed by the gesture. It’s the smallest things that can garner unreasonable hospitality that gives me the satisfaction to always come back. Thank you for such a sweet experience.
