This area is not in a great location, lots of homeless people. Now to the service, ordering and food. The app was very easy to navigate and order from, but that's about all that was easy. We ordered and arrived after 20 minutes and it said it was almost ready, we got there and the manager at the drive thru said pull around it's almost done. Then, he came out after 10 minutes and said he didn't know we ordered Chicken with the meal. It'll be 2 minutes, then 10 minutes later my 80 year old Dad has to go in because he's done waiting. They went in and the manager apologized, and that was it. I don't know what was going on if this is common as we do not frequently come to this one but found this completely unacceptable. Be warned ordering ahead online does not guarantee any faster service.

The guy at the speaker for take out was the best I have ever witnessed at a drive-thru. He spoke up was very friendly explained options and got my order exactly rights. This was around 5:45 Sunday evening May 17 at the store at 2111 NW 23rd

The gentleman working the window during week day lunch rush, Mr. T I believe, is so kind and customer service focused. He definitely leaves you with a smile on your face and my order was right. :)

Every time I eat here I am just met with disappointment. I will never eat here again after spending $3.80 on the amount of ocra in the picture. It was $19 for just myself and the quality and quantity are absolute garbage. I have no idea how this place stays open with KFC right there. You never see cars at this location yet they are skimpy on the food when someone actually does eat there.
