Sylvia Lovejones 4 months agoMy first time ever eating at Jack N the Box. I wasn't impressed at all. I went through the drive through. Looking at the menu board was a task. There were 100 menu items. Some items were completely out of concept. But what is their concept? Anyway, i order the sourdough Jack Combo. I chose the curly fries, a minute maid and stuffed jalapeños. My entire meal was cold and it had no flavor. I was disappointed. Although, Ill probably never eat there again, the employee: Unique was upbeat and friendly. She knew her stuff and was great with helping me decide at the menu board.
Bianca Hollins 3 months agoLate night trip to Jack in the Box turned into a full-blown episode of “Drive-Thru Adventures.” We pull up and the greeting over the speaker is: “Welcome to Jack…” followed by the deepest, most dramatic sigh I’ve ever heard through a drive-thru speaker. Immediately I’m thinking… ma’am, we literally just got here. We order two **grilled chicken teriyaki bowl combos**, French toast sticks, a burger, and two loaded potato wedges. When we mention we have two orders, we’re told we can’t do that and would have to drive around and place the second order because they’re short staffed. Now I’m no operational expert, but making someone drive around and order twice sounds like *more work*, not less. So we combine everything into one big order. And here’s the wild part — **she repeats the order back to us correctly, including TWO GRILLED teriyaki bowls.** We get told to pull up front and wait. After a while, we finally get the food… only to discover they gave us **two crispy chicken bowls** instead. So back into the drive-thru line we go, which by this point is wrapped all the way back to the street. When we get to the window, she tries to argue that she *thought* we said crispy because it’s hard to hear through the speaker. Ma’am… you literally repeated **grilled** back to us earlier. So around we go **again** to wait for the corrected order. At this point we’ve spent so much time circling the building we probably qualify as employees. Finally get the bowls… and somehow the teriyaki sauce situation is even more chaotic. There was **so much teriyaki sauce** in those bowls that they were basically teriyaki soup. The sodium levels alone could probably preserve meat for the winter. Trying to eat it felt like participating in a salt challenge. And at one point there was this huge random cackle of laughter coming from the window that honestly made the whole experience feel like we had accidentally pulled into a drive-thru improv show. Look, I get being short staffed. I really do. But between the sigh greeting, the no-two-orders rule, the two trips through the line, the grilled-turned-crispy mystery, and the teriyaki flood… this was less of a food run and more of a late-night adventure. Wild part is this Jack in the Box stays packed… so apparently we’re all just here for the experience.

Elizabeth Sanders a month agoWe didn’t catch the name of the lady at the counter, but she was so nice and kind! Food came out hot and fresh. Best experience we’ve had at Jack in the Box for sure! Very caring staff!!
Madie a year agoVisited this location cause it was the closest in the area where we were shopping. Haven’t have good Jack in the Box since leaving Cali, so we took a trip through drive thru. Made a large order and the guy who was working the window was patient with us. Repeated our order to make sure it was correct and gave us our total. Once we paid we were asked to park and wait for our food as we already knew that would be the case with the size of the order. He gave us our drinks and shakes and the wait time was under 10 minutes. Our food was hot and fresh and I only had to run back in cause we needed more ketchup and napkins which the gave me plenty in a small bag. Will definitely return and look forward to good food again. Thank you’ll!
