My husband & ate here after a procedure where he had to fast. We had never eaten at a Jack in the Box. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl that came with an Egg Roll & sweet & sour sauce. Was very hot & delicious. I would for sure order it again. Husband ordered the Cluck (chicken) Sandwich with Fries. His sandwich & Fries were hot as well. If we get the chance we’ll definitely eat at one again. YUM! 😋 🙌👏

Food was delicious and arrived quickly. The place was a little on the not so clean side of things but we made it work so we could eat inside.

For a location that requires mobile orders during late nights, it would be nice if I did not have to wait 20 minutes for said mobile order seeing as you've had it for half an hour by the time I arrive to the speaker at the resturant and for 45 minutes by the time I reach the window. The staff should not tell me to make another lap through the drive thru for my order to be ready.

They took the order & money just to “pull us up” and forgot about us… then had the decency to ask if we paid! Ofc we did! we received our drinks at the window w/o a receipt !! we were told you guys were out of tacos. (My craving btw) and when my husband walked in to ask for our food. They called back tacos with no lettuce. Smfh. This place needs better coordination if you want to satisfy the customers.🤦🏻‍♀️ i should be getting my tacos for free atp. But never will i ever come back to this location with crusty lips. 🙄🤣 she seems slow…. Or acts like it.

This location will have you waiting at the drive-thru screen for 10 minutes with no response. I pulled up to the window and ordered 6 tacos a few days later I realized they charged me $26. I’ve never been charged incorrectly at any fast food restaurant. Definitely the last time I’ll be spending money here.
