Great service and very friendly staff at this Wendy’s. My mobile order was fast and accurate, which I really appreciated. I can’t speak for other locations, but this one consistently does a great job. The inside is also very clean, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this location!

The absolute BEST chili of any of the Tulsa locations. Always fresh, lots of meat and beans, and they always get my order right. They are consistently on the ball. I go here 1-2 times/week.

For years I have gotten sweet and sour sauce. Well recently they introduced a "Sweet Chili" sauce. And now everytime I order sweet and sour sauce they give me sweet chili... something that we cannot have. Idk if it was just a bad name choice or what, but it's been 4 times now of getting sweet chili instead...

I beleve it waz recently open seems very modern loved the terrace they built outside and the lighting its really cool its almost like dining at a 5 star rsstaurant exept for the food jeje food was not great but ok. Customer service was fine and despite the fact I was the only customer in tve restaurant they got my order wrong pfff shame the girl on tge front counter did say she was new but come on the only customer how do you get it wrong take your time do it right. Any how experience was ok could have been a four. Price its ok its accesible not expensive at all. Food again it jhst wasnt outstandong but wasnt bad either

This store is a joke. They have a sign on their window (see photo) that advertises their 2 for $3 breakfast deal, including the choices of a sausage and cheese english muffin, sausage biscuit, or seasoned potatoes. When I went to order at the counter, the worker was insistent that the deal does not include the potatoes and that you would have to buy two sandwiches for that deal and pay for the potatoes separately. I didn’t want two of those sandwiches so I paid $2.19 for the sandwich and $2.09 for the small order of potatoes. I proceeded to ask the manager when I got my food if the potatoes were part of the deal and he said “the small ones are.” I shared with him that I had been overcharged and explained the situation. He seemed uninterested in hearing what I had to say. It makes sense that the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing when they have a manager who clearly doesn’t care to listen to what people have to say, let alone correcting when staff does things wrong.
