LOVE WHAT A BURGER moved 5 hours away 6 years ago and have no What A Burger… Always have to have at least one trip here to get a great burger. Friendly staff as always and praying that one day we will get one closer to home THANK YOU WHAT A BURGER AAAAA+++++

I got to this whataburger at 11:47 pm in the drive-thru. They’ve checked in with me 2 times after almost 30 minutes of waiting. Asked for my order and then didn’t respond at all. I’ve spent 30 minutes in a literal drive thru and haven’t been able to order my food. Kinda crazy.

The people that work at this Whataburger are so sweet and accommodating. They took care of us and asked how everything was. A very older gentleman came in at 11:09 wanting biscuit and gravy and they were supper sweet to him and said they had two biscuits left and would do it. All the employees working were kind and good customers service.

I have to leave a review for the service alone. I’ve been coming here my whole life, 20+ years and this place has never disappointed. Today though, I couldn’t thank them enough. My car overheated so quickly that I didn’t notice, the lady at the window immediately let me know to get out of the car and three members came to help without hesitation. They offered to do everything necessary to get us to safety, and even comforted my children making it a smooth and happy experience. Thank you, we greatly appreciate your warmth and compassion :)

I have eaten at several Whataburger restaurants in five states and the food is always pretty good. It was the staff at this particular restaurant that compels me to write a review. It was around the 5 pm timeframe, people were getting off work and getting food for themselves and their families and there was a Tulsa vs Wichita State basketball game at 6 pm that evening. There were newer members of the staff present learning on the job behind the counter. The manager greeted us and took our order and noticed that we along with others were from out of state to watch a basketball game and we had a very nice conversation with her. We placed our order and while waiting we were hearing instructions greet the customers, don't forget to say thank you, and to ask if there is anything else that you need. After our meal, the manager thanked us again for coming into her restaurant and wished us a good game as well as a safe trip back, stating next time you are in Tulsa to come and visit her restaurant again. This was a very well led team. We enjoyed our meal, not so much the outcome of the game. Next time traveling through Tulsa, we will go to this particular Whataburger restaurant again
