Thank you to the front service team for greating us as we walked in. We live down the street from the 41st location of Whataburger, but drive the extra mile for the service and fresh food that they always give us a correct order through drive thru or when we stay in to eat. I would have given 5 stars on the atmosphere if the door facing the street didn't keep opening. That's a security issue plus the cold air kept coming in. Besides that my burger and fries were hot and fresh. Please go train the staff at 41st.

Awful. I doordash and they forgot my sauce I only got three items nd that’s including the sauce. I don’t like to be a hater but yall need to manage your dinner shift better. For how expensive it is I expect good quality food. My ckn strips tasted old and so did my burger patty. Very disappointed I haven’t had whataburger in months and the one time I try it again I’m sad now I just wanted ckn strips lol

I visited this location on Saturday around 1pm....I ordered a whatcha chicken sandwich, whatcha jr.burger, onion ring and frend fries.the whole thing cost 23$...i think thats a lot for fast food...while the food is always hot and fresh, it did take some time....15-20 min.thats kinda a long time for fast food to me...we went in to order. A manager took our order, then several other people came in....it was busy....the restaurant is dated....bathrooms needed to be kept up.....

I make an order at 1 am . It says order readyin five to seven minutes. I get there and I'm waiting like 25-30 minutes I'm going to finally get my food and the fries are stale and cold you would think after that long wait I would get fresh fries...stale and cold. Then when one of the burgers told them easy on the onions they put extra onions. Am not happy
