So if you order on the app before 10pm you can't pick up your order in the drive thru. Which is fine but if you do curbside you end up sitting there for 20 minutes without any type of acknowledgement unless you go inside and then they lose your order and need you to pull up the receipt. I think if you're serving mediocre food for such high prices you should at least make sure you have a solid team. There's a sign saying they're hiring managers and clearly some sort of leadership is needed because the team tonight had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Cold fries, cold burgers, was meal for $40

I was very impressed with this location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear how much pride the staff takes in keeping everything clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is bright, tidy, and comfortable. The food itself was excellent, flavorful, and served at the perfect temperature. You can tell that care is put into both preparation and presentation. Every meal tasted just as good as it looked. The employees deserve special mention as well. Each person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. They checked in at the right times, made sure everything was to my liking, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. That kind of service makes a big difference and really elevates the experience. Overall, this location stands out for its combination of great food, outstanding staff, and a spotless, well-maintained environment. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to others.

Just left there, stood at the counter for 10 min before somone took my order to go, left without checking the bag got home with my life mothers day order and it was totally messed up and not correct. Pretty straightforward order - 1 potato taquito and a honey butter chicken biscuit combo. Didn't get the chicken biscuit and my coffee was cold.

This is easily the worst Whataburger for late nights. The kitchen always drags it's feet as hard as it can. They'll have 6 people on the kitchen all just standing around doing nothing while there's half a dozen people waiting for to go orders in the lobby and drive thru. Don't come here after 10pm if you're looking for something fast.

Usually like this location. But there is definitely a difference between the day/night crew. Everything we ordered today was rushed and put together sloppy. The crew would just rather talk amongst themselves than to wait on their customers. I understand everyone has off days but this isn't the first time.
