Unfortunately I can't give ZERO stars. Not sure if a change in ownership is why it was renamed from Frosty King or maybe they're trying to get out of the $20 minimum wage requirement... This was our first and last time ever going here. I wish I had something positive to say. The lettuce was soggy, tomato was soft mush, fish was horrid (literally think they are using Van de Kamp's frozen fish fillets), fries tasted like old grease, taquitos were flat, the ranch tastes weird, and even the pink lemonade was bad (time to refill the syrup). I spent $80 on 6 people to throw away a majority of it. Maybe the strays or backyard chickens will eat it. Since I received a response from the "owner" today, I want to mention that the LETTUCE and TOMATO I mentioned were soggy and mush were NOT in a styrofoam container; they were on burgers that were wrapped in paper and in a paper bag and they were part of my salad that was in a plastic container. You can't blame the soggy food on styrofoam and not eating right away. We brought the food straight home and tried eating it. I'll add my receipt to show what exactly we got. I didn't take pictures of all the food because we were starving and didn't want to waste everything. Luckily we didn't get sick from any of it. There won't be a second chance. The whole restaurant needs a redo, not just the containers and the name...

Stopped by the Frosty Plus on Columbus for a Shake at the Drive thru. Fast , efficient and pleasant service by Sandy the cashier. I had an excellent Vanilla Milkshake! Yummy! As a plus , I was told by Sandy, that the the shakes are 30% off from the 3-6 PM Highly recommend this place for a shake or a pastrami!

Not good food or service !!! Not worth the money! The employee almost gave me wrong order.. then asks for it back.. then once handing me my order it was missing items I paid for. Didn't check the food but once I got home.. the "shrimp basket" .. the shrimp was not even edible. Very burnt and very little amount of shrimp for $12!? Then also had 2 kids meals with almost no fries that had too much salt on them . This place is charging high for garbage food and lousy service from employees. Very very bad food business I would not recommend!!! ***Update: 8/8/2024 *** I've gone here a couple more times since the bad experience and I've tried some other menu items. Their salads are very good. I got the grilled chicken salad and it had a large portion of tasty chicken. It's extra for adding the bacon, avocado or egg but that's like with anywhere else. Also noted this is a good spot to order ice creams. Their portions on ice cream are very large... if you order small.. they give a lot. As for the employees.. some are better than others as far as attitude and paying attention to the orders. Some will not charge extra on ranch and some have given attitude over a ranch charge but their ranch containers honestly they do not fill it up and charge for it. So there are good menu items but there's definitely some that have been a complete waste of my money like their"kids meals" and their "shrimp basket" but their best is salads and ice creams.

Some of the best tasting burgers we’ve had , I loved it ! Very good hamburgers , try the Texas burger

VERY RUDE MANAGER !! Waited 25 mins in drive thru just for fries that were sitting there and redropped for order !! Disgusting and disappointed fries takes very stale
