I came in today and it was incredibly clean. Very friendly workers. The food was good too. I tried the Jack’s Spicy Chicken, and it was not very spicy. The taste was there, however, there was too much mayo. Not greasy though. We also got some curly fries and tacos. Great prices overall!

Como i get absolutely no joy saying this. I've been coming to this place for quite a while since my child was born and today I had one of the biggest disappointments with this place. I ordered a large double jack with curly fries and a soda, they had a big line but it's the usual. After like 20 mins I received my order and gosh was it HORRIBLE the fries was rang as a small and I let my daughter try and go see how to fix it, it wasnt even about the money but the service that's something you can not buy. I can most specifically say that the girl with blue girl and glasses was having a focus in my daughter as she proceeded to apologize to other customers and be completely dismissive and harsh. I can assure you we won't be coming back.

Always like this 👎 CLOSE and NO RANCH Every since they got the new night shift staff this jack in the box has been horrible.

Literally took 30 seconds to decide what to order and I was so rushed. There wasn’t anyone behind me but the lady taking the order cut me off, when I wasn’t even done talking. I decided not to get anything else. After I paid, I was asked to wait around front for the order anyway (as well as two cars in front of me). They forgot my sauce, but at least the lady who brought the food out was nice

I come through the drive through some late nights around 2am and it’s the same young man (Hispanic) that takes my order he’s always soooo nice and always make sure the line is moving fast. He has the best attitude for it to be 2am!
