Very attentive employees. Everyone was diligently working hard at cleaning and/or helping customers. Very clean restaurant, each and every table. Kudos to this team, they were communicative with each other, friendly and hardworking. The food is always good at Cane's, no complaints there!

The crew was super energetic and friendly despite the late hour. Place was clean inside, and it’s got that convenient location right on Greenville for quick grabs. Parking can be a bit tight on busy nights, but overall this spot never disappoints. If you’re in the area, especially craving that classic Cane’s combo, this is the one. I’ll be back soon!

Friendly employees and a clean woman's bathroom (at 5:45 pm). Fries had a little too much salt for my liking, but all-in-all it hit the spot!

Kiara Awesome customer service as soon as you walk in the door she greets she smiles I find her awesome she was a tentative to the lobby she definitely let you know that she's paying attention to everybody coming in and out she also make sure the lobby was decent and tables and chairs were wiped down always walked around and make sure if we were okay About time I ran into customer service like that at a fast food place go Kiara

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service by Latorya! I had a great experience at Raising Cane’s thanks to Latorya. She was very welcoming, polite, and professional from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a smile, made sure my order was correct, and provided fast and friendly service. It’s always nice to see someone who truly cares about customers and takes pride in their job.
