Great place with friendly people. Always a positive experience. It is always a correct order with smiling faces. I am not sure how Chickfila always finds the best employees.

I’ve been to many CFA locations and have ordered the same thing many times: a Cobb salad, no bacon, add pickles, with a Spicy Filet. It’s never been an issue until today. When I got to the window and received my order the employee made sure to take the time out to let me know that they added the pickles tHiS tIMe but WoNt in tHe fUtUrE. I asked what the issue was and if it’s a cost issue I’ll gladly pay it. He said it wasn’t about the price, that they just won’t do it. In other words: just because they feel like it??? I told him I’ve never had that issue until today and he then shifted the blame saying the message came from his manager. Regardless of who the message is coming from the idea is absurd and to actually stop the customer to tell them such a thing is ridiculous. You have no logic. So you can add pickles to a sandwich but a salad is where you draw the line? Lmao. Also, wish they would’ve given me this message and service BEFORE they took my money and I would’ve gladly gone somewhere else. I got home and saw my salad so poorly thrown together. They didn’t even slice the filet like they usually do. Were they THAT bothered about PICKLES? Are the pickles coming out of their paychecks??? I know CFA customer service has declined over the years but this level of petty is a new low. Do better.

Maribel was absolutely lovely this morning! It was 6am, and her kindness and positive energy really set the tone for the rest of my day. Having someone so warm and welcoming first thing in the morning makes such a difference. The food was amazing as always, but Maribel’s service is what truly stood out. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have her!

First time dining in a while, the self service table ordering was efficient. This is great for days I don’t feel interacting.

On May 30 I went through drive-Through. Itzel was the one that took my order. She was so rude. She looked like she didn’t even wanna be there! She was even smacking her lips. She was mad because I accidentally called the nuggets Chicken bites. Just her whole attitude with unnecessary. If she doesn’t wanna be there, she could’ve asked to go home. Her Customer service was overall zero!!
