This is an amazing place. The food is fantastic, and the service is over-the-top. It’s a simple menu, but they stick to what they do best. Everything is fresh to me, and the potatoes are cut right before they're fried. It’s a big restaurant, so there’s plenty of seats, and it has a good atmosphere with all the windows and natural light. It’s conveniently located at the mall's entrance. I recommend it.

First timer here, and overall I had mixed feelings about this place. The cheeseburger was honestly good and ended up being the best part of the meal. The burger tasted fresh, flavorful, and well cooked. The meat was juicy, the toppings tasted fresh, and everything came together really well. If I was rating the burger alone, I would definitely come back for that. I also tried the pink lemonade, which was decent. It had a nice balance to it and wasn’t overly sweet or too sour like some places tend to make it. Nothing too special, but it paired well with the meal and was refreshing. Unfortunately, the cheese fries were a huge disappointment. They came out cold, and the cheese looked like it had been sitting there for a while. It was dried out, hardened, and honestly pretty disgusting. Instead of being hot and cheesy, the fries tasted stale and unappetizing. It completely threw off the experience because it felt like they had been sitting too long before being served. For the price, I definitely expected much better quality and freshness. The food overall was hit or miss for me. The cheeseburger saved the experience, but the cheese fries really brought the rating down. I’d probably come back for the burger, but I would definitely skip the fries next time for sure. The drive-thru line was bagged up. Took longer than expected for fast food.

I really enjoyed my visit! The burgers were absolutely delicious, juicy, flavorful, and made fresh. The vanilla milkshake was my favorite part of the meal; it was creamy, rich, and the perfect complement to the burger. The service was also excellent.

I haven't eaten here in 14 years since I was last in Cali. I had to try it out. As expected, it tastes exactly the same as I remember. There was a huge crowd with the drive through line out the parking lot. I still got my order within 5 minutes of ordering. I got no complaints!

The line was long, employee taking orders outside was rude and made me feel rushed. Once we received our food, all four of our burgers had burnt, and hard buns. The buns were so hard and burned that we were unable to eat it or bite down into the burger To make matters worst, since this was drive through and we had already pulled off, and were halfway home, we could not return it so they can make it over. Worst service and food as a burger place. They honestly need to shut down and go back where they came from.
