Got a fries and a burger to go with drive-thru service. There was a long wait to get my food after midnight. Finally food arrived. My fries were smashed below burger. Food was hot but not enough fries to fill the bag. Ugh. Not happy.

Went in for a timely treat and encountered Ricky! He was very enthusiastic and treated my husband and I very well when we ordered. Made us laugh and encouraged us to try limited time things. Friendly atmosphere all around. Refreshing and the food was hot and fresh! Great experience!

I went through the drive through and ordered a jumbo Jack meal with a Coke. They told me to wait by the door and they will bring my food out. 10 minutes later I’m still waiting. I go inside and ask for my food and the girls in the front look at me as if I’m bothering them. The fries were half full. Bad service with bad food. Bad customer service. I paid for my food. Don’t treat me like that. Especially when you told me to wait for my food. I see why your rating is in the 3s. No one here gives a crap.

Only dine in if it's your last resort. When I entered, I saw a guy sleeping at a table. As soon as I approached the counter, a homeless man enters the establishment badgering me about what I can order him. He continued despite my ignoring him. Eventually the gal behind the counter gave him trail mix. Only halfway through our meal did the security guard come in.

No wait on a Friday night was great but she made us pull up and wait. When I got my large fries it was half empty. The rest of the food was perfect. It was alright but the fries being short is what did it for me.
