This is my first time over here and when I walked in the black lady came out from the back, she had a blue headband. She asks “what do you want” I was surprised by the way she asked that because i used to work as a customer service representative. I just ended up telling her what I'd like to place and she was huffing and puffing while taking my order. She ended up giving up her service to a blonde guy and was no problem at all. I'm grateful she did because her attitude was nasty and wasn't cute. Her service was terrible 😭but the food was also terrible as her and it was ugly. TELL ME WHY I SAW THIS AFTER I MOVED THE CHICKEN. Idk but I guess some people shouldn't work in the food industry if they're going to act that way🫩🤷🏻‍♀️. The food way actually so nasty threw it away once I seen that. DONT COME HERE!!! BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!

Someone from HQ should come mystery shop this place. From the moment we walked in it was such a disappointing experience. All tables were dirty, chicken on the floor, water spilled on the floor, asked to clean table but we ended up doing it ourselves. The girl taking our order didn’t even say hello and someone else stepped in to finish taking our order. The employees were joking around behind and front of counter, one even spilled his cup of ice on the floor next to a customer. Didn’t clean up, I can still see the puddle of melted ice by the register. They said they ran out of plates so they gave us the dine in order in to go boxes. Just not what you expect from the brand. Bad service, bad atmosphere, small chicken pieces. The restroom was also dirty.

I've been to this particular Kane's before and I have to say this was the worst meal I've been here. Everything except the bread was over cooked. The fries were hard, crunchy, and cold as if they were sitting out for a while. The chicken was over cooked as well, almost to the point of being burned. Someone should check the quality before serving to a customer or at least know when the food is done. This location normally serves good food, but not today.

I always order an extra piece of toast. 3/4 of time i dont get it. 1/2 tbe time i don't even see it on the receipt. Besides my petty complaint about toast, all is well. That location has been there longer than mkst amd it's still pretty clean.

My first time at this location. I went through the drive thru, ordered the Sandwich Combo but got the 3 finger combo instead. I was already on my way back to work by the time I found out I got the wrong order. I guess you have to double check your food when you order take out from here.
