Donte Ross a month agoCame throught the drive thru at about 11:40. Tried to place my order but after every word the person on the speaker m(MIA) name given by manager on duty was rushing me along by saying anything else. After the fourth time I requested that she allow me to finish speaking and reframed from use the phrase again because it was coming off rude and abrasive but she followed up again with the same statement and tone and when I made it to the window she laughed as if I was it was a joke. The worst customer service I ever experienced at a raising canes. I honestly thought I was at a McDonald’s. The manager did come to the window and did her best to redirect the visit but I am extremely upset and just feel disrespected after trying to send money and get a good quick meal .
Irish Bautista 5 months agoDrive through was really busy tonight; couldn’t even get to the parking lot to park to order from inside or go to the drive through line from the road I entered from because cars were backed up. Decided to get curbside instead since my car was going nowhere. I was stuck in line for at least 5 mins before I could park on one of 2 designated curbside pick-up spots. Got the conformation e-mail for my order and I clicked the link that said, “I’m here.” Waited 10 mins - gave them the benefit of the doubt because of how backed up the drive through line was. Nothing. Waited another 5 and finally walked inside to the counter. I saw that it was pretty empty inside and no customers were at the counter. There were two people working at the front so I speak to one of them to ask them about my curbside order coz I’ve been waiting for a while now. She goes “oh, I was gonna check if you were already there.” I’ve literally been parked at one of the spots for a while now. You could also see the two designated curbside parking spaces from where they were standing from. What’s the purpose of curbside orders if I still have to get my own order from the counter? I would have done that in the first place if I wasn’t stuck behind several cars because of how poorly the parking space/drive through was made. Pretty crappy customer service. Maybe learn a thing or two from Chic-fil-A, I dunno.

Patrick J 9 months agoRaising Cane’s. Crispy chicken, great sauce. No nonsense, just joy. If simple happiness is your thing, you’re all set.
Shannon H 5 months agoI visited the Raising Cane’s location on January 18th around 8:08 PM and had a very disappointing drive thru experience. As I pulled up to the pickup window, I noticed several bags already sitting out front and the line had completely stopped moving. Inside, the attendants appeared to be struggling with the monitor system. To help keep things moving, I had my receipt ready and tried to show them what I ordered, but I was completely ignored. When the attendant finally came to the window, she was extremely rude, slammed the drive-thru window shut, and turned away so quickly that I didn’t even have the chance to ask for hot sauce. It was clear the food had been sitting for quite some time, as it was cold when I received it. Between the cold food and the poor customer service, the experience was frustrating and not what I expect from this location.
