They don’t forget to charge you, but you don’t get what you paid for, especially through the drive-thru. I have made it a point to go in and eat in just for this reason. Today I ordered a jalapeño club, and when it arrived at my table, the fries were half full, and I ordered a large combo. Now here is the big one: no bacon on the club sandwich I paid $16.50 for? So when I brought this up, he looked at my bag to make sure I wasn’t lying; then they gave me the bare minimum effort: 2 small micro pieces in a bowl. No extra and no apology. Next, I ordered a cookie and cream shake. Why did I do that?I asked the cashier just to make it extra crunchy; she said, 'OK,' like she was going to do me a favor. She charged me $1.70 extra, so a $5.00 shake went to almost $7.00; she didn’t even tell me. When I asked why is this shake was almost $7.00, she said, 'I charged you for the extra crunch.' I think management at this location should be seriously looked at with corporate doesn’t make any sense to be this selfish with a business.

I am tired of getting these large chicken nuggets that are suppose to be chicken strips this isn’t the first time. I let it slide a few times before but now it’s a constant. Please give us what we paid for chicken strip. No large chicken nuggets.

This is the BEST Chick-Fil-A location in Arizona (and I’ve been to most of them). Staff is awesome. Food is excellent. It’s clean. It’s efficient. It’s so good, we drive past 2 other CFA locations to eat at this one. Around Christmas, they setup an INSANE Christmas light & music display! It’s incredible. But tonight was really something. They were SUPER short staffed (which I have never seen here before). There is a line of 18 people, plus 2 more trying to get refills. And there is ONE employee - Kailey - taking all those orders, refilling those drinks, and also bringing food to the table. All on her own. She’s smiling. She’s gracious. She’s kind. There’s no hint of annoyance or frustration. Some customers are upset; she remains kind. That’s an INCREDIBLE testament of the kind of people that work at this location. She deserves to be called out by name. To the manager/owner, I hope you realize what you’ve got in her.

What happened to Chick-fil-A? Why???????? This was the most mushiest, default tasting chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. D- and I used to really love Chick-fil-A. I saw the big balloon flying overhead so I figured I'd give it a try. Nope, did not meet my expectations. It looks like Chick-fil-A quality has falled to a new low. No more Chick-fil-A for me.

My husband and I come to this location a lot because we like the service and the food. Lately I have noticed the lettuce portions on the cobb salads are getting smaller and smaller, before the container would be cover with greens and now is like half way full. I have asked for extra lettuce in the past for this same reason but all they say is they don't have an option for extra lettuce but they can charge me for another salad bowl?! I think it's time to look for another location even if that applies driving a little further.
